WEBApr 20, 2008 · So 4 adjustments and grinds to sharpen a badly dulled end mill. Frankly I just save a lot of old end mills as it is much faster to sharpen many of the same size. I would estimate 15 minutes minimum to setup for 4 different positions and angles. Once setup it is maybe 12 minutes for each grind so 4 8 minutes to sharpen a end mill .
